Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
Dre and David were great. They were professional, polite, and very careful with all of my items. They know how to pack a truck like a tetris box so nothing shifts during the drive. They are fast in loading and unloading. I really appreciated them helping me with moving my items out of my storage unit back into my house after it was renovated. I strongly recommend you use them for any type of move you need help with.
The helper I booked showed up on time and was polite, but he immediately said he had a back injury and couldn’t lift or move properly. I appreciated that he still came, but U-Haul should not send someone who is physically unfit for the job. I felt bad for him and didn’t want to push him, so I ended up doing most of the work myself. It was a stressful and disappointing experience overall.
These guys were so efficient and respectful. The price was also awesome. Will definitely book with them again for my next move.
