  • They will charge you double if they have to use an allen wrench on 4 table legs that took less than 5 minutes and tell you this AFTER the fact. Their attitudes towards customers is TERRIBLE. The way they spoke to me shouldn't be tolerated. They didn't use any of the furniture padding, sofa covers, or mattress covers I purchased. They charged me $85 for an extra hour and didn't fulfill the hour because they had another job that was more important. I will also be filing a claim with Moving Help over this situation. There's a reason why they're the cheapest on this site, so lesson learned. Unless you are in a serious money pinch I would not hire this mover at all. Spend the money and call an actual moving service. Hopefully this saves someone the pain, especially seeing as Moving Help won't respond to me either. Whole situation is absolute joke.
