  • I drove slow and easy and they packed so bad the shifting was enormous! So many broken fragile items. I would like my money back. There should be a spot for pictures so I can show you the carnage

    Hey Terri. We are really sorry you are dealing with this, and we understand how upsetting it is to find items damaged after a long move. Based on the specifics of your move, we remember many of the items were not boxed, which makes them more likely to shift, especially during an interstate drive. We do advise customers to box fragile items whenever possible. Our team took care to place fragile items first, avoid stacking them on each other, and secure heavier garage and metal items, such as logs of wood, heavy metal items, and ladders you had so everything could be loaded safely. Once the truck is on the road, a lot depends on how its driven over long distances and how items are unstacked during unloading by the team that received the truck, which can also affect their condition.
