• The movers were great, very quick and professional. The service however was much different than any moving help I’ve hired before. When booking you have to provide a full inventory, and if you have more than listed, it will not be moved. I don’t know who has their whole house boxed up a week before moving, so it is very hard to estimate how much you will have. My advice is to really overestimate. You’re paying for the time, so I don’t know why more boxes can’t be loaded if there’s ample time remaining and room in the truck. If I had known this, I would have said I have 100 boxes just to be fully covered. I paid for 2 guys for 5 hours and they needed under 3 hours to load and unload including a 20 min drive.

• The movers did a really great job. However, the experience with the company is kind of bad. They contacted the movers before the deadline and asked me to add an additional hour, although my whole service only exceeded for 10mins

• The movers that came out to move my stuff were great! Very professional and courteous. However, the guy at the office was quite rude and did not communicate well. He would only text and was slow in getting back. He would not talk to me on the phone and wanted to charge me for an extra hour even though they easily finished within the 2 hours. Very frustrating.

We utilize text-based communication as a standard business practice to maintain a clear record of all inventory and agreements This ensures there are no misunderstandings on move day and protects both the customer and our company. The initial quote was based on the inventory list you provided. Upon arrival, the actual amount of items was significantly larger than disclosed. This extra volume made a 2-hour completion physically impossible. Despite the extra items, our crew worked efficiently, completing the job in 2 hours and 15 minutes. Because the labor exceeded the 2-hour mark and required the reservation of a 3-hour block, the 3-hour charge was both correct and necessary. We appreciate the feedback and are glad our crew was able to get the job done right for you.
