Texted the morning of Close to my appointment time letting me know that there was issues and that someone else is coming to help with my move hours later. The move was going well, Movers had a great conversation. But after the move, I noticed some damaged items. I was hesitant to reach out at first because I don’t like conflict but when I did they try to deny any claim To the damage, even though I had proper documentation. Just be aware, they will not claim any damage done.
