  The worker were very inexperienced and did not know to load the truck. They had trouble lifting the appliances, they almost lost my stove down the stairs.

  Extremely professional, confirmed every schedule with me to make sure the schedule works for me. Also took extreme care of the items that were fragile, making sure everything is packed nicely. Would recommend to anyone

  Heroic Movers exceeded every expectation. After my original movers canceled last minute, I booked Heroic at 10pm the night before my move. By 5am, I had a confirmation, and by 9am, John and his team were ready to go. I had forgotten to reserve a U-Haul, but John immediately stepped in to help. He guided me through securing a truck, drove it himself, and expertly packed and moved everything with his teammate. What could have been a disaster turned into a smooth, efficient, and stress-free move thanks to their professionalism, speed, and kindness. John was calm, capable, and clearly experienced. He made me feel completely taken care of during a chaotic time. The communication was excellent, the service was outstanding, and I truly cannot recommend Heroic Movers enough. When I move again, I will absolutely call them. Huge thanks to John and the team for turning my stressful day into a total success.
