Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
There was no communication from the company prior to the day of. We reached out by email, phone, and text in the 18 hours prior and did not have a confirmation until we contacted them. They reached out after the agreed upon arrival window to say they would be 20 minutes late. They called frequently and said they were 5 minutes out. They arrived an hour late. They did an efficient job packing the truck and nothing arrived broken.

Young men which one was on his phone a lot I had a leather chair that I wanted protected and twice I had to remind them not to put sharp items on it I’m afraid the chair will be ruined when it is unpacked as I see bed rails propped in the seat. To be honest I’m 75 and I could work circles around them. But I wanted to get it done and they weren’t in a big hurry. Props that they got the job done and were courteous
