Had to reach out to them to schedule and confirm timing. Other experiences had the movers contact me within 24 hours of booking. Otherwise, these movers were great in letting me know timing on the day, and were very good at packing the track to maximize efficiency. They were careful with furniture and hardwood floors.

I didn’t receive any confirmation for the movers until I called them 1 hour before they were supposed to arrive. They were a few minutes late, but once there, the guys worked very hard and got the move done extremely quickly. I wish the company was a little more professional about communication, but otherwise, it was good.
