Anthony was excellent. The problem was UHaul corporate. He went to Hyannis to pick up the UBoxes but they were in New Bedford. I think UHaul could improve communications to customer and Moving Help as to where the pick up location was. I live closest to Hyannis not New Bedford. The second problem with corporate UHaul is that although my reservation was confirmed, UHaul was not ready with my boxes. Further, while Anthony requested double trailers, corporate UHaul did not accomodate him which ended up wasting time effort and energy for him to make 4 trips to New Bedford to pick up the boxes. Not good at all for customer service. Please improve in these 2 areas.
