  • Overall okay. They were kind of slow, so there were some things left unloaded in the end. We had to finish moving things into the apartment after they had left.

    Thank you for your feedback. To clarify, this order was booked for 2 movers for 2 hours with elevator access. The crew worked within the booked time and completed as much as possible safely within that time. There were also additional items, including items from a car, that were not included in the original confirmed inventory. The crew still assisted with some of those additional items as a courtesy, but the order was not booked for a full truck plus additional vehicle items. The movers cannot be rushed or pressured to move faster than is safe, especially when the workload is larger than the booked time. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to provide safe and professional labor-only moving service.
