When I tried calling Alex whose phone number is listed on moving help he never answered my calls or texts. I did receive a call one day later from a lady with Astro's and she confirmed the job. On moving day Jose called me and he showed up and I don't recall the other man's name. After everything was moved I noticed my bookcase was damaged and scratched, loveseat chair was ripped and scratched, NEW mattress is dirty now, couch seat was dropped in the rain and the second mover was slow and complaining the entire time. It's odd how slow they were moving stuff for the first two hours then I added an extra hour and they moved extra fast after I paid the extra hour. Please note I helped move my items too. Even though I had this experience I still gave them each a cash tip and I felt obligated to give the second mover a tip. Due to my items being damaged I will NEVER use Astro's moving again. You get what you pay for.
