• 1. They did load stuff. 2. it was awful how many of the boxes and totes I had packed were crammed in so tight that many of the boxes ended up crushed and totes were cracked. No professionalism or care for my property at all. 3. Broke items in front of me and just went on about the day like nothing had happed. Because they showed up 2 hours late, I could tell they were in a hurry and made little effort to load my belongings in a proper careful way. I estimated that the job would take 2 hours of packing and 2 hours of loading. Their reckless unprofessional job lasted a total of 2 hours. Had they packed and loaded things like professional movers, it should have taken them 4 hours. I reached out to the company to be refunded the 2 hours that they did not work and was told to pack sand. It's a contract. Well I am letting all of you know that many of the movers that contract with Uhaul will refund unused hours. Not this one. This company is running a scam. Choose one of the honest companies.

After completing all requested packing and loading services, you later requested a refund for unused reserved hours. We referred you to the official Moving Help and U Haul policy, which states that unused booked hours are not refundable. While we respect your opinion, we remain committed to operating with integrity, following platform policies, and providing the quality service reflected in our many satisfied customers and 5 star reviews.

• Stay away from these movers. Showed up 2 hours late and I could tell they had never packed anything in their lives. They didn't use the packing paper I had, just placed all of my glassware and other delicate items directly into boxes wedged in with other items. I had a few totes I told them they could use and they managed to put all the heaviest stuff in them. The tote was so heavy when I got to my storage unit. I couldn't even move it. This was a heavy duty tote that they managed to crack in multiple places, probably while they loaded it. The worst experience with movers ever and having served in the military for over 20 years I have been through a lot of moves. This is not a professionally run company. The guys they are sending out are not professionals either. I learned the hard way, but sharing this to save the next person from making my mistake. 0 stars. Choose one of the more reputible and honest companies that are available.
