They were amazing! I definitely would recommend them if you need help moving.

The crew was communicative about arrival and courteous throughout. However, I asked them to load the furniture first and they didn’t do this. Nor did they use the moving blankets I provided. All of the boxes they loaded first were stacked on top of overturned chairs. The result was moderate to severe cosmetic damage to furniture, and stacks of boxes falling on the unloading crew on the other side. One of the crew asked for pictures on the other end because they forgot to get some for my safe move addendum. When I politely let them know this was frustrating for me on the other end and sent some pictures of the damage, they ignored me and presumably used those pictures to attempt to thwart any attempt at submitting a claim because I was immediately sent this invitation to take a survey. This is really disappointing behavior, especially after how kind and accommodating I was to them. I guess I know why they were available last minute.
