  • The movers worked hard and ultimately got the job done, but there were a few issues. We originally booked a morning move, but were later scheduled for the afternoon. After we called, the move was switched back to the morning, which created some confusion and left us feeling rushed. In addition, a few of our items received minor scratches during the move. Nothing was severely damaged, but we were disappointed to see some cosmetic damage. Overall, the move was completed successfully, but better communication about scheduling and more care with belongings would have improved the experience.
