The first guy who showed up was on time, introduced himself and was ready to get started. The other guy was 15 minutes late. When he arrived, he spent some time undressing and fooling around with his phone before proceeding to charge his phone in my outlet without asking. Overall they did a pretty good job but they needed a lot of instruction.
