  • Mr. Glen Michael was very nice & quick the minute he walked in the door he was on it & he went above & beyond to make sure that he not only load & unload my furniture for my move he also took down & mounted back up my television & also broke down beds & put them back up I couldn’t have done it without him he was right on time especially that I had to end up booking last minute I was kind of nervous booking almost a day before but he got the job done him & another helper really appreciate you guys!

  • Smaller issue. Michael (owner) called a day before the move to ask if they could come later, which I okayed, then they showed up early with no notice. Bigger issue. They didn’t use the furniture pads or mattress bag I provided after saying they would. Furniture arrived dusty and stained. TV was broken during transit because it was placed in vertically with heavier boxes on top of it. Biggest issue. Didn’t finish the job! Michael said they needed to go start another job so that they wouldn’t lose it, but guaranteed to come back. No one came back. Called later that evening to give excuses but offered no solutions. Michael blamed the guys he hired for being unreliable. He also called his helper for the day one of the worst he’d hired, but took no responsibility as the owner.
