The guys provided me multiple updates after scheduling and their eta when they were on the way. I've never used moving help through uhaul so I wasnt sure what to expect and I was concerned about loading within the time frame since I had a long walk from my apt to the truck. But they finished right on time and did a great job loading the truck. Thanks so much for your help!

Everything was fine communication wise and booking and timing but our 75in TV screen was smashed during the move
