  • Gene is a nice guy and works really hard. It seems like he over-books himself, however, and then couldn't meet the timeframes that were promised. Overall, we were grateful for the help.

    Awe Im so sorry I could not coordinate better. I do accept last minute bookings. However you did book late and you had your truck at your destination at 730pm. I called to make sure if Shawn could come to at least get you set up till another helper comes. Unfortunately due to being caught up on the other jobs and making sure my guys were there. I personally came when I could not have another guy come. I was very honest about the situation and wanted to make sure you still wanted to proceed and re assured you that your truck will be unloaded and back in time. Thankfully it was and I was very happy to drive it back for you. I am truly sorry it did not work out more effectively. I just expect anyone who books same day, will be flexible with there schedule so I can better make it work. I did enjoy working with you and your husband. Thank you for your feedback and best wishes.
