  I don't even believe this company is a legitimate one. They dropped off the container and never came to pick it back up. They strung me along for weeks saying there was something wrong with the hitch, so I had UHaul inspect it. The hitch was perfectly fine and then they stopped responding to me completely. Moving help takes no responsibility for this either when they should, they should vet these companies they are listing on their website. I will never use moving help again. I am now having to pay for an extra month of storage and rent a UHaul to deliver it myself because they did not pick up the container.

  DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS! The two people who came did not look like movers. They were dressed very unprofessional. I had to ask them if they were the movers. They dropped my TV, they didn’t say anything about it. Thankfully I saw it happen from my window, or I would have never known. They also broke my TV stand and a bookshelf. The sad truth is my husband moved all our items by himself when we moved, he broke nothing. We had to get movers because he had to go to work and I can’t move our items. Even with 2 people, they couldn’t move us in without breaking our things. They also complained about moving our items. Even though we only had a couch, tv stand, and a bed for heavy items. Everything thing else was in boxes, and we had a few items in bags. They also asked for payment without letting me know that they should pay for our damages first. Please know U-Haul does not help you with mover issues. This is the worst experience I have ever had with movers.

  New Mood Moving Company

  These guys were too good. We had a home clean out job with some heavy stuff that needed taken out of a basement. I over-loaded the bags and was willing to reload them but it wasn't an issue. Seriously... I had to force them to slow down and take a break. I had to work faster just to keep up with them (within 20 minutes I knew I didn't have enough work ready to go because they'd already pulled 20+ bags out of the basement). Stop reading reviews. Support this locally-owned small business. If I ever need extra muscle I'm not even looking around. These are my go-to guys. Never met them, but seriously impressed.
