After I booked I received no call or text letting me know the time. I called and left 2 voicemail and several texts. I even called Uhual for help. They sent him an email and the owner finally called me back the evening before my move. He tells me he had a long day and came home and fell asleep. I’ve used the helpers from U-Haul every time I move and this was the worst response. The two Guys who showed up were friendly and polite. No issues with them. I personally wouldn’t use them again because I don’t like waiting until the very last moment to know what time they will show up.

Showed up on time and were ready to work. They did a good job of getting everything moved in the timeframe. Also were friendly. Only gave 4 stars as there was a couple items we wanted moved a certain way (the way the items have been moved in the past), and they refused to do it the way we requested.
