  • There was confusion on U-Haul's part with the boxes and exactly which ones were reserved for me, so the move ended up being two hours later than scheduled. I also assumed that they owned a truck that would be able to haul u-boxes but they had to rent one. Mess of a day, but I still appreciated the help with what we got.
