No one called me, emailed me, nothing. I tried calling the service several times. Phone was a busy tone all day. Emailed with no reply. Called U-Haul and they gave a number which told me to go online or call the number which was a busy tone. I had to move with just my friend. It took forever and U-Haul double-charged me for the van because it took a long time to return it.
