  • Chris and Elijah were outstanding. They completed my move from a one-bedroom to a studio in just 3 hours, and somehow fit everything perfectly into the 10’ truck I rented - I honestly don’t know how they did it. They were incredibly efficient, hardworking, and careful with my belongings, while also being kind, friendly, and professional the entire time. Their teamwork and problem-solving were impressive, and they made what could’ve been a stressful move feel easy. Best move I’ve ever had. They absolutely deserve recognition and a raise.

  • For my move in November, Chris arrived early and worked very hard, carrying very heavy items up and down multiple flights of stairs for hours. If all three movers had been like Chris, the move would have gone smoothly. He was also very helpful in directing us on where to move the truck when we had to relocate it for traffic, and was very flexible. We were scheduled for three helpers, but they arrived at different times. The third worker arrived very late and was sent home because he was tired and was not willing to work. This meant that a three-hour job became a five-hour job with only two movers, causing us to arrive late to our out-of-state destination. By the end of the move, the movers were rightfully exhausted and did not pack items carefully. Our TV was packed improperly and was damaged as a result. Following the move, I contacted the company about the damaged TV and partial reimbursement, but have not received any response.

    Thank you for your feedback and for recognizing Chris hard work during your move. We are sorry to hear about your concerns. We did respond to your inquiry through a Moving Helper resolution case and sent an email via the Moving Helper UHaul system. We responded to you in December and we are waiting for a response. Everything is documented in the app. Please check the Moving Helper or UHaul app for our message as we were actively working to help resolve the matter. Although we are willing to help you with your resolution we also want to note you used a different moving company for the unloading of your belongings. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and are always open to continuing the conversation.
