We’ve hired several moving help services over the years but Kimo and his buddy were among the best. We were so worried about getting the huge sleeper sofa out the door and down the short narrow flight of stairs - they made it look easy! Hire Moreno Movers, you will not be sorry.
They were on time and careful with loading and unloading things. They asked some questions to make sure I approve for an action. They were patient on communication. There were some issues. One helper was lying down my mattress. They couldn't carry a mattress with a clear mattress bag. I just did my research that it needs to be taped so it doesn't slip. I can smell the vape odor on their body. I got a little bit sick after smelling it. There are few other things that a helper went ahead without asking. Overall, the quality and efficiency were okay.
