Customers who live on the 4th floor, 5th floor or 6th floor of a walk up with no elevator available or a 20-26 FT Truck, book a 3 men or 4 men crew. I had a wonderful experience with High Line Moving Company. I was feeling anxious about the move and worried whether everything would fit in the U-Haul, but the mover assessed the situation right away and reassured me that they had it under control. They were absolutely right—everything fit perfectly and the process went smoothly. Their professionalism and calm confidence made the whole experience much less stressful for me. Highly recommend!

The communication between the company and I was great and they showed up and accommodated me being late. However the disparity between the workers was huge-Elliot was incredibly deft, attentive, fast, careful and did the brunt of the work. The other worker was incredibly slow, dropped my fragile boxes and sighed throughout the 1.25 hour he slowly worked. When moving you’d hope your employees work swiftly, attentively and cordially enough and you don’t have to micromanage.
