They got my things inside my house. I hired 4 for 2 hours. I have moved a lot and have hired help through U-Haul and that was plenty based on prior moves. Communication before the move through text was fine. They showed up with 5 (one was the man’s daughter who also helped). I didn’t realize 3 of them are deaf when I hired, they showed up and I found out, I thought that it was pretty cool that a company had that many working for them. This did impede communication & when hiring by the hour it added a bit of difficulty to my move. It was a slow start. To speed up I started helping take things off the truck and put them into areas for each room so they could grab and go to the correct room or I signed to them what I was shown. I thought all went well until I started looking for my stuff. The vast majority of it was in wrong rooms. I came to find out they had one kid doing the stairs and the others bringing the things to him so it became a terrible game of telephone. Dings on walls too.
