Overall well done, however they rushed taking mattress up stairs and broke the mattress cover open (the plastic moving cover slipped off while they went up). So I'll have to buy a new one.

Amazing they literally worked thru the heaviest downpour and flooding and still got everything up to my 5th floor in a timely manner #1 moving Highly recommend!!
