  • Move was slower than expected. I booked way more than enough time. One of the movers was inexperienced and did not know how to arrange furniture to prevent breakage and resulted in a broken bookcase and a broken dresser that was dropped unloading from the truck. In addition some of the bed frame supports were lost by the movers. The frame was all together but was never loaded onto the truck (maybe it was dropped in the halls or left in the elevator but it never arrived. On the plus side. The movers were both extremely friendly and professional. Better training is needed for loading and unloading. The company emails and texts however were very demanding and only concerned with my having the payment code and filed with disclaimers and legalese about them not be responsible for anything. There are much much better moving companies. I would avoid this one.

    Thank you for your feedback. The customer made no mentions of any issues regarding their move before releasing their payment code. All of our communication between the customer and I are documented along with the photos we took of the job, to prove any false statements the customer made in this review.
