For customers who live on the 4th 5th or 6th floor of a walk up with no elevator. You will need to book a 3 Men or 4th Men crew. Our hours of operations are from 10am-6pm.

  • I had a terrible and incredibly upsetting experience with this company. They sent teenagers who looked like they had just come from school. One was wearing slippers and they were sharing a single pair of gloves between them. They had no training and we literally had to explain to them how to carry the few items they delivered up the stairs. It gets worse they strong armed us into releasing the official three hour payment on the app system early by promising they would stay for an extra hour to finish. I felt trapped because we still had so much left to move. The second I released the payment and signaled to the business that they were done they suddenly claimed an emergency happened and they had to leave. Then came the scam they told me that for an additional one twenty five a hour in cash the emergency could be ignored and they could finish the job. I refused to be lied to and used anymore so I told them to leave. I had to call my friends to help.

    This customer is the worse customer I ever had to deal with. This customer is misleading manipulative condescending and totally unprofessional. Everything in this review is a total lie and I have documented proof that will contradict this customer review. I will fight to have this misleading review removed.

  • During my move, several items of furniture were damaged by the movers. Including a vanity table, wooden leg snapped off, record player, two legs ripped out of it. Part of dresser came off. Additionally, a number of other pieces of furniture were scuffed & hit on walls. The movers placed their wet drinks on wooden tables & shelves leaving water stains. I felt that care & respect was not put into the handling of items. All of my items were wrapped in high grade furniture wrap, or padded well, and all of these damages occurred within the first 30 mins of loading with the elevator building so I am unsure how the damages occurred when all that was required was placing each item in the elevator just a few steps from the apartment door. I understand that the day was less than ideal conditions with extremely hot & humid conditions. I feel the professionalism was less than satisfactory overall. Especially as one mover couldn’t not look at instagram for more than 10 minutes at a time.

    The customer is an absolute lair. We have pictures of the move that will contradict the customer bogus claims. Nothing was damaged on our watch. The customer did not follow our basic instructions to insure that the move goes smoothly.
