Communication was great, Jason was an experienced mover. Seemed like the 2nd mover was new or in training - that was not ideal for our type of move but he was very willing.

Came to the job with no hand trucks or equipment, they discovered they needed a hand truck when they saw the boxes we had. They knocked on my next-door neighbor's house to ask if they had a hand truck without informing me. I just moved here and did not know my neighbors yet. They did a very poor job at unloading the truck and took a long time. Broke some stuff. Would not recommend.
