  • I'm warning others about Kimiya Services Inc. This was the worst moving experience I've EVER had. The movers were unprofessional, were cursing profusely, and called my friend the n-word to his face. They ran up the clock, dragged out unloading 20 boxes and one bed for 1.5 hrs, built my bed upside down, then called me in, while vaping and scratching their heads, to help fix their mistake. When I stepped out briefly because I was so frustrated, I returned to an apartment reeking of marijuana. I confronted them and they denied smoking, but admitted having weed on them and showed me the bag and smoking before work. They still demanded an extra hour's pay. Intimidated as a small female alone with two men, I gave them the code so they'd leave. When I called the owner, he refused to refund and called me a liar. This company's conduct was unsafe, unprofessional, and threatening. No one, especially women, should go through this. Please DO NOT HIRE Kimiya Services Inc. HEED THIS WARNING.

    We take these allegations seriously and have thoroughly reviewed this move. Our team acted professionally and completed the requested services. The customer became upset when we could not provide an unearned discount. We do not tolerate discrimination or offensive language from our staff or toward them, and our movers reported being subjected to racially charged remarks during this job. We stand by our team and their professionalism.
