• I booked this company at noon for a service and the experience was very disappointing. They ended up being late for 7 hours and showed no respect for my time. At first they texted me and said they would be 3 hours late, and I tried to be patient. But by 4 they still had not arrived. When I checked again, they told me the driver was starting to come, yet after another 2 hours there was still no sign of anyone. I tried calling the company many times, but they refused to pick up. When someone finally answered, he said he was driving, even though he was still able to text me saying 'I am driving'. He did not offer any apology and even sent screenshots of his messages with another customer, which felt unprofessional and unnecessary. Because of the long delay, the lack of honesty, and the poor communication, I will not use this company again.

  At first time you booked for afternoon not for noon. Afternoon can mean till 5pm and sorry again but the previous customer give us a hard time to finish the job , he keep asking for more hours and we cant leave them alone with the items still on the trucks. Thanks for your business.
