• No experience on how to fit the stuff in the truck, very slow

  Maryam booked our moving services for only 2 hours. Prior to the job, we clearly communicated that 2 hours might not be sufficient based on her moving details. Despite our advice, she insisted on proceeding with the 2-hour booking. Upon arrival and starting the job, it became evident that the move would take significantly longer. By the 2-hour mark, we had only managed to load her items from the first location. We ultimately worked an additional 2 hours to complete unloading at her new address. Throughout the process, Maryam was rude and difficult to work with, despite our team maintaining patience and professionalism. She obnoxiously accused our movers of being slow, despite working nonstop and having already explained that her estimated time was unrealistic for the scope of the work. Overall, this was an unpleasant experience, and if customer ratings were possible, one star would be all too generous.

• They were very helpful and efficient. Finished early. We moved ourselves and all was well at the other end. No damage to any of our goods.
