Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
They showed up an hour late, which isn’t the end of the world. However, I truly don’t think they are professional movers. They damaged some of our furniture, left a ton of dents and scratches in the walls, took longer than any mover I’ve ever hired, and were fighting the whole time. We didn’t even have them move everything because we just wanted the whole experience to be over. Maybe we just got a bad crew, but I would highly recommend looking elsewhere.
Courteous and careful. I had a complicated unload. They handled it with care, asked necessary questions, and were positive. Would hire them again.
Miguel and Camilo were fantastic! They had to finish another job first and communicated that they would be later than originally scheduled, then showed up on time at the new time. They were so fast, respectful of all the items they were unloading, communicative, and as a bonus they were so friendly and nice to my toddler son. I would use them again and would definitely recommend them!
