• The two gentleman that arrived (right at the scheduled time, BTW) were very courteous, and made sure that they were getting the things we wanted moved out to our rental truck, all while double-checking to ensure that they weren't moving anything that we wanted to stay in our home. It was hot & humid on the day they serviced our move (heat index of 108F), but they pushed through the loading process. We provided them with some cold bottled water, but we had to insist that they take a break to get some lunch on the way to the storage unit that our things were being unloaded at. To make sure that we would have storage space available for some smaller items getting stored later, they stacked our belongings very neatly, ensuring that we had space for those items later on. They were very careful with our belongings during the entire process, and we could not have been happier with the help of these two men. An extra cash 'thank you' for their efforts was well spent $$!

• I would never use this company again. Of the two people that showed up at our house, 1 was inexperienced (didn’t know how to take a dolly down the stairs) and the other was experienced but apparently hungover - reportedly being at the club until 4am and not sleeping the night before our morning move. They did significant damage to our walls, trim, stairs, and furniture. They didn’t pick up a single piece of furniture. They slid all of our furniture down the stairs on blankets. This made everything significantly harder to get around corners and therefore caused a lot of wall damage on the corner of our stairwell. They packing inside the uhaul well but unfortunately the prices of getting things out of the house was painful.
