Marcus, the owner of Send It Express did an outstanding job as I was preparing for my move. He readily answered my calls with questions and professionally answered all of my questions. Also, he called me on the day of my move in order to confirm the time and the place that I would meet his helpers. Marcus did an excellent job. Marcus' two helpers, Jaylin and David did an outstanding job also. They were on time at the place where we were to meet, and they quickly and efficiently loaded the 26' truck that I had rented from U-Haul. And, today was HOT and HUMID here in Virginia, and they were real troopers as they loaded the truck and then unloaded the truck at my apartment. I can't say enough about the job that Jaylin and David did. Throughout the process of loading and unloading they were gracious and professional and they took care not to damage any of my belongings. All in All, Marcus, Jaylin and David were outstanding, and I would hire them again for any of my future moves.
