  • Great team not out u boxes filled to capacity in 30 minutes while communicating effectively with me and each other I live on the second floor with no elevators. And it wasn't a problem for those guys. I would definitely recommend anyone moving to hire these guys.

  • The movers showed up an hour late. There was no communication or apologies. Most of the move was finished. We arrived at the second location- the guys unpacked and just sat down. I sent them home after an hour. I would not recommend. Afterwards, I asked for a partial refund. It was agreed, but now I have been ghosted. DO NOT HIRE.

    I showed up a hour late with traffic coming from Yorktown. I communicated with u with that. Far as the refund u never been ghosted. I never said i wont going to send it. There was communication I texted u. There was no response. I had a customer before moving u. Thank u for booking step in express movers.
