This company was very unprofessional and unprepared. The company owner dropped off the movers and when they found I had larger furniture, the owner lefts to get muscles. It was clearly the companies first time doing a job. They broke many of my items due to not knowing how to properly move furniture. I ultimately had to pack the truck and unload from my apartment. If I wanted to do that stuff myself, I wouldn’t have hired help. The only reason I am giving them a two is because the ladies that actually assist with my move were nice and eager to learn. This is my 4th move and I’ve hired help via moving help and this was by far the worst experience ever.
