• I scheduled the crew for 7 am at the insistence of junior. By 715 I called and texted and got no response. When they hadn’t arrived by 8 am I began the process of hiring another crew when they showed up. I expressed my frustration, they said they had to pick up a few guys. A few minutes later junior called and threatened to pull the crew and leave - he said that at least 8 times. He said they were late because they had to come up from Salem. When I told him he had scheduled for 7 am and that it was not my concern he again threatened to call off the crew. He forced me to assure HIM that I was good and satisfied - I felt he was extorting me. I would NeVER hire them again. I will say the crew who came were amazing!! They were apologetic, hard workers and got the job done in record time. It’s too bad their boss is so unprofessional. I will need a crew again in June and won’t hire them.

• The moving crew was fantastic- they worked extremely hard and handled everything with care. I really appreciated their professionalism and effort, and they made a stressful day much easier. The only issue I had was with scheduling. My original 11 AM appointment was postponed twice, which was frustrating and required me to extend my truck rental. Better time management and communication from the office would make a big difference. Overall, I’m very happy with the movers themselves and I would recommend the company, with the hope that scheduling improves.

• They were right on time and you could tell this was not their first move. They packed things strategically to ensure nothing would shift or break. They were very speedy and polite. I would absolutely use them again!
