We booked help unloading a U-Haul into a storage unit and appreciated that they were willing to help us last minute, especially since they were coming from Ohio and we were located in Sharon, PA. They arrived on time and started working right away, which we appreciated. There was an extra hour charged for transportation time, which was understandable given the distance. The owner, or who I assume was the owner, was polite, professional, and easy to work with. The other gentleman helping seemed less engaged and gave the impression that he did not really want to be there. The main issue was how the storage unit was loaded. There seemed to be a miscommunication about how we wanted things organized, and the final result ended up being pretty disorganized. Since this was going into storage, organization mattered so we could access items later and make the best use of the space.
