  I had to find another mover in a week that had a COI, and they did not disappoint! Sharon was incredibly accommodating and understanding, and her team arrived on time. They were very friendly and professional, worked very swiftly and were able to fit all of my items in two ubox containers instead of the three that I ordered, all within two hours! I also forgot to purchase locks for the containers, but they were able to get locks for me once they brought the containers to the U-Haul location. I highly recommend Pender moving services for all of your moving needs!!

  Arrived 40 minutes late, we had to extend due to it taking longer than expected, and they said we had to pay them $200 cash for an additional 2 hours even though they were late in the first place and were there for less than 3 hours total. We appreciate their hard work but it was overall a very unpleasant and stressful experience and they didn’t make us feel very good about the process and everyone who was there agreed that it definitely could’ve been more efficient. They weren’t able to get the small couch in and they tried once and then laughed at us but after they left my landlord and dad got it in easily so overall just a very weird and disappointing experience.

  Everyone says their move was great but mine truly Was!!!! I’m a single mom who definitely needed the help and this Amazing Company came through for my family! From the initial Contact call, to the day before communication, and then the morning of call I was sold on their level of professionalism. I was provided the amazingly talented movers, Lance, Cam, and Kenny. They were so helpful and definitely made it so we were all in it together. I have a special needs son and each man took the time to engage with him in conversation without knowing of his situation. I was sold! I’m forever grateful for all they’re helped and supported my family with on one of the toughest and most stressful days of our lives. Thank you again guys! It was a job well done!
