• The move started well but became rushed and inefficient during the second half resulting in poor organization and property damage. Rug. Scrunched instead of rolled leaving it heavily bent. TV. Packed awkwardly under heavy items breaking a leg and causing severe screen pressure cloudiness and backlight bleed. Dining Table. One piece was left unprotected on the bare floor while the heavy tabletop was dangerously balanced directly against the truck door. Sofa. Ineffective furniture padding allowed a heavy storage box to lean against the sectional causing stains and deep pressure indentations. Billing Discrepancy. The final invoice had an incorrect hourly rate. It was quickly adjusted once pointed out but it required closely auditing the movers phone screen and left a dishonest impression. They werent terrible but definitely lacked the necessary care and attention to detail.

  Thank you for your feedback. We take claims of damage and service concerns seriously. We would like to note that this move was booked at a discounted promotional rate, and during the move there were a significant number of miscellaneous items requiring special handling. Additionally, our team had requested moving pads prior to the move, but adequate padding materials were not available, which limited our ability to provide the level of protection we normally recommend for certain furniture and fragile items. Regarding the billing concern the hourly rate discrepancy was an honest mistake based on a misunderstanding of the booking details and was corrected immediately once it was brought to our attention. At no point was there any intention to overcharge or mislead. Our crew worked hard to complete the move efficiently while handling a large volume of items, and we regret that some aspects of the serv

At the time we explained that our schedule was already full but we still made every effort to accommodate your request and successfully fit your move into our calendar. Our team worked hard to provide the best service possible under the circumstances. While onsite our crew reported experiencing several difficult interactions yet they remained professional and completed the job as requested. We always strive to go above and beyond for our customers which is why we feel this review does not accurately reflect the level of service provided.
