They emailed me the day before, I did not get the email until they were supposed to show up

The movers refused to finish moving. There was ample space left in the truck and they refused to continue loading. The owner of the company was extremely rude and spoke to me in a very derogatory manner. I will be pursuing this issue as they left me completely stranded having to move the rest of the items myself into the truck. I also engaged them to offload and I am now completely stranded without anyone to help with that as well.
