Grade A Moving
I tried contacting the provider direct three times to schedule the time of my move. I didn’t get anyone on the phone until late afternoon the day before our move. At first they’d didn’t see my reservation and said I could Zelle them direct and maybe they could find someone to help me (even though I already had paid through MoveHelp and had a confirmation number). He then said to call MoveHelp but they were closed at 4pm. I finally figured out the issue myself. The movers were great (Frank & Fernando) knowledgeable and helpful. But communication with Grade A was awful. I would not use them again for that reason.
