  • Despite a lot of challenges he faced before coming to pack, he still showed up when he could've easily cancelled. He stayed for hours and really took his time making sure everything was packed well. I couldn't believe how he was able to pack so much into such a tiny box. Now that we're on the other side and unpacking what was packed we're really thankful to him and his attention to detail.

    Thank you, Ben. I am glad you liked the crew. You were right about the time. The worksheet link in the calendar invite only showed a 4 bedroom move. It did not list the bonus rooms, the two offices, the full garage, or the travel time between the two homes. Because of that, the estimate was shorter than the real job. Both homes had extra rooms and more items than the worksheet showed, so the move took longer. I should have checked the worksheet better before the job. I will use it more so big moves do not turn into extra long surprise days. The worksheet also has a time help option called Estimate Assurance that covers extra time if a move runs long. They even found a smart way to unload the haviest dresser without disassembling (which my movers loading UBoxes on other side were not able to figure out).
