  • I was very disappointed in Moving Assassins. Though I requested a morning move and they confirmed it, I kept having to call back to see when the two movers would arrive. The voice mail was full and when I did occasionally get through I was given excuses. It wasn’t until 3pm that I had one mover show up, instead of the two I booked. He did an excellent job on his own, but it was not fair to him or me. Because of the delays I needed to postpone my travels the next day. Though the owner did reach out and apologize to me, and offered me a full refund within 5-7 days, it has now been two weeks without the refund promised. I unfortunately can’t rate this experience or company highly.

  • I am very appreciative to the company for being flexible on timing since my Uhaul broke down on the side of the highway and we were delayed 2 days for unloading. The company did not contact me beforehand to confirm date or time, but they were responsive when I would reach out to them asking questions. The three guys that showed up were over an hour late from the time slot. They were not as professional, strong, or careful as other movers I have used. They dropped several pieces of furniture and had difficulty lifting some. The guys seemed a bit lazy and tired, and it was disappointing. I am thankful for the company’s flexibility, but I would not choose them again.

  • I was going to give a 5 star review but then as I began unpacking and noticing all of the stuff that was missing or damaged my review is completely different. The movers took apart furniture and didn’t tell us and didn’t give us any of the hardware and power cords that went to it and now I have all of this stuff that’s broken down that I can’t put back together or use. My bed frame broken, lamps broken, rugs missing, huge dents in my walls, cigarette butts at both houses. I work from home and can’t even use my desk because I can’t find the power cord or screws to put it back together.
