  • I was very disappointed in Moving Assassins. Though I requested a morning move and they confirmed it, I kept having to call back to see when the two movers would arrive. The voice mail was full and when I did occasionally get through I was given excuses. It wasn’t until 3pm that I had one mover show up, instead of the two I booked. He did an excellent job on his own, but it was not fair to him or me. Because of the delays I needed to postpone my travels the next day. Though the owner did reach out and apologize to me, and offered me a full refund within 5-7 days, it has now been two weeks without the refund promised. I unfortunately can’t rate this experience or company highly.

    I sincerely apologize for your experience. As the owner of Moving Assassins it hurts to see reviews like this. I have worked 13 years to build this company but finding strong dependable movers in such a physically demanding trade is one of my hardest challenges. Still there are no excuses. We are rebuilding everything by retraining crews adding a mover certification program and improving communication and quality. We will be rebranding and reopening in 2 weeks with a stronger more focused team. I am committed to building a respected brand and appreciate your feedback. Shon Reaves Owner
