I did not hear from them for confirmation until I called the night before - I was ago wasn’t going to have help. They were punctual and polite , I was a little nervous with some of the items I felt they just piled stuff - one guy seemed irritated that I wanted certain items taken first and wanted to wait on other things . Everything fit in my storage but I felt like it’s a little haphazard and when I go back in I hope nothing falls - over all they did a decent job and I would recommend them to others as long as you don’t have a lot of fancy or breakable items
