  • If I could leave zero stars, I would. I hired Safe and Sound Moving Labor through UHaul to transfer my belongings between trucks. After the move, I discovered that a major item a cherry wood dresser mirror I’ve owned for over 20 years was missing. After multiple ignored calls and being blocked, I contacted the storage facility. They found my mirror hidden behind bushes, completely shattered, and sent me photos. Let that sink in. Instead of informing me about the damage, they chose to hide the item, complete the job, take payment, and disappear. This was not the only item damaged. I trusted this company with my belongings during a stressful move, and they handled it with negligence and zero accountability. Choose this company at your own discretion but based on my experience, I would never recommend them to anyone. The storage unit on 6555 tidewater Dr norfolk. Is where the truck to truck move to place. They have cameras everywhere.
