Dear Midwest Movers, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent move. The moving crew arrived two hours late, and one of the movers was clearly underage, even though I was assured that only experienced adult movers would handle my job. Throughout the move, the workers took multiple breaks, frequently used their phones, and displayed an overall lack of professionalism. At one point, their car was even pulled over by the police, which caused additional delays. Afterward, the movers had to walk half a block to reach my location before unloading. One mover continued talking on the phone the entire time instead of focusing on the job—he could have at least used an earpiece. To make matters worse, I was later informed I would be charged for an extra two hours, which I find completely unacceptable given the delays and poor service provided.
