  • I understand they had a long day and moving is very heavy work. but they were 3 hours late without much explanation. they could have been more careful with not dragging on the carpet and keeping the mattresses wrapped. but overall they did what was asked and completed the task without causing damage, which would have been acceptable if not for being so late.
